What is considered a good page title?
Question
Answer
Web pages must have titles that sufficiently describe their topic or purpose. Page titles should identify a user's current location within a website. Descriptive page titles help all users to find content and orient themselves on each Web page without requiring users to first read or interpret page content.
When creating page titles, ensure that its contents adequately describe the topic or purpose of the page. A good format to follow is "[Specific Page Purpose] | [Site Name]". An example of a good page title is "Accessibility Concepts for Designers | Accessible Web Academy".
