What best describes your product?(Required)
Which version of WCAG should we use?(Required)

VPATs are scoped by evaluating the number of unique screens and user flows within your platform. Each unique screen represents a distinct page or view that requires separate accessibility assessment, while user flows account for the different paths users take to interact with those screens. This approach ensures that we assess all relevant aspects of your product’s accessibility. Estimates are OK for preliminary pricing, we’ll help you refine the scope as conversations progress.

ACRs vs VPATs

These two terms are often used interchangeably.

  • VPAT (Voluntary Product Accessibility Template): a report that communicates the accessibility level of a product to stakeholders.
    • Used for external communication and marketability.
  • ACR (Accessibility Conformance Report): an evaluation and documentation of a product’s accessibility, including detailed testing results and recommendations.
    • Used during development and to ensure compliance during the product’s lifecycle.

We can provide either or both, depending on your needs.
