What if color is the only way to differentiate links from normal text?
Question
Answer
If color is the only way to determine that some text is a link (no underline) and it doesn't meet a 3:1 contrast ratio against the surrounding text, update the color used to ensure the link color meets a 3:1 ratio against the surrounding text. Otherwise, use an additional method to convey meaning that does not rely on color. This can be accomplished in a variety of ways, a common method being underlining the component.
