Our SOC 2® Report is Now Available
We’re proud to share that Accessible Web has completed its first SOC 2 Type 2 audit, examined by Sensiba LLP against the AICPA’s Trust Services Criteria for security. The report, covering the period May 1, 2026 to July 31, 2026, is live now in our Trust Center.
What is a SOC 2 report?
System and Organization Controls (SOC) reports are how an independent auditor confirms that a company’s security controls are actually working over a period of time, not just documented on paper. A SOC 2 report includes the auditor’s specific tests and results, which is why it’s shared under an NDA rather than published outright. We also maintain a SOC 3® report in our Trust Center for anyone who wants a quick, public overview first. It’s built from the same examination, but written for public distribution, without the control-by-control detail.
Why we pursued this
RAMP holds real data: your web property information, team’s accessibility findings, and remediation history. We care about protecting that, and as RAMP and our customer base have grown in size and maturity, we wanted our security program to grow with them. Completing a SOC 2 Type 2 examination gives us, and you, verification of how those safeguards are designed and operating.
This isn’t a one-time milestone, either. SOC examinations cover a fixed period and are meant to be renewed, so you can expect the report in our Trust Center to be refreshed as each new audit period closes.
What this means for you
If your team is running a vendor security review, our SOC 2 report (available on request under NDA) has the technical detail security teams typically need. You can request it, or read more about what’s covered, in our Trust Center.
Our mission, making the web usable by everyone, doesn’t depend on any single audit. But the platform behind that mission should be one you can trust with your data, and that’s what this report is about. We’ll keep completing these examinations as RAMP, and the trust you place in it, keeps growing.
Have questions about what’s in the report, or what it covers for your organization? Reach out to our team. We’re glad to walk through it with you.
