Join one of Accessible Web’s Digital Accessibility Specialists, Mackenzie Boys-Eddy, as he outlines working with native vs. custom markup when incorporating web accessibility into your project. He’ll discuss topics like:

  • What is each and in what instances they should be used,
  • Examples of each, and
  • Pros and Cons

A UI (User Interface) component can be native or custom. Native HTML elements have pre-associated meaning, structure, and semantics while custom components require additional work in order to communicate the same information. 

This will be a two-part event.
