Security You Can See: Introducing Accessible Web’s Trust Center

At Accessible Web, we’ve always believed that trust isn’t something you ask for — it’s something you earn. That’s why we’re excited to introduce our new Trust Center: a dedicated, transparent resource where clients, partners, and prospects can explore exactly how we protect your data and keep our systems secure.

What Is the Trust Center?

Our Trust Center is your direct window into Accessible Web’s security posture. As stated in our commitment:

“Our commitment to data privacy and security is embedded in every part of our business. Use this Trust Center to learn about our security posture and request access to our security documentation.”

From policies governing how we handle data to frameworks for responding to incidents, the Trust Center gives you access to the information you need — when you need it.

Why We Built It (And Why It Matters)

Security has always been a priority at Accessible Web, but we recognized that saying “we take security seriously” isn’t enough. Our clients and partners deserve proof.

That’s why we’ve been investing heavily in a formal, structured approach to security — and the Trust Center is the place where that work becomes visible.

Here’s what’s driving it:

1. Building Real Trust

We don’t want you to take our word for it. Our Trust Center provides independent, verifiable evidence that our internal controls are robust and effective. When you work with Accessible Web, you can see exactly what we’re doing to protect you.

2. Supporting Bigger Partnerships

SOC 2 compliance — an industry-standard security assessment we are actively pursuing — is increasingly a requirement for enterprise-level engagements. Having our documentation in order means we can say “yes” faster, and so can you.

3. Strengthening Our Own Security

The process of formalizing our security policies isn’t just for show. The audit process helps us identify and address potential gaps, reducing the risk of data breaches or service disruptions. We’re building a stronger organization from the inside out.

Our SOC 2 Journey

One of the most significant investments we’re making is voluntarily undergoing a SOC 2 (System and Organization Controls) assessment — a rigorous, third-party audit of our security practices.

SOC 2 isn’t required for companies like ours — we’re choosing to do it because we believe our clients deserve that level of accountability. The audit evaluates the controls we have in place around security, availability, and data integrity, and the resulting report is independent, objective proof that our practices meet a high standard.

We’re in active progress on this, and we look forward to sharing our results when the assessment is complete.

Explore the Trust Center

Whether you’re a current client, a prospective partner, or simply someone who values transparency, we invite you to explore our Trust Center and see our commitment to security firsthand.

Security isn’t a feature we added — it’s how we operate. The Trust Center is simply where that becomes visible.
