Headquartered at Hula in Burlington, VT.  Hybrid Vermont-based is preferred but remote in US or Canada is also an option.

Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Account Manager to join our team, focusing on our Agency Partner Program and A11y Partner Program. The ideal candidate will manage a diverse client portfolio, actively identifying key accessibility stakeholders within these organizations. This role demands an outgoing personality and strong communication skills, ensuring efficient fulfillment of client needs and fostering the growth of our partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the Agency Partner Program and A11y Partner Program.
  • Understand the specific needs and requirements of clients to provide tailored accessibility solutions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries and concerns, ensuring swift and effective resolution.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client deliverables are met on time and to the highest standard.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to both clients and internal stakeholders on project progress and milestones.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and increased engagement, helping agencies expand their portfolio of web accessibility clients.
  • Conduct regular review meetings with clients to assess their satisfaction and gather feedback.
  • Collaborate closely with our team of Web Accessibility Specialists and the RAMP Customer Success Team to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and developments in web accessibility to provide informed recommendations to clients.


  • Proven account management experience, particularly in a digital agency or startup environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including written, verbal, and interpersonal skills capable of effectively managing a robust portfolio of client accounts.
  • Demonstrates a positive attitude, robust work ethic, and strong team orientation.
  • Energetic go-getter with the ability to lead and manage significant projects independently and cross-departmentally within the organization.
  • Strategic thinker who is action-oriented, organized, and possesses a high sense of urgency in a continually evolving and fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated and driven, ready to achieve significant results and take on key roles in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Knowledge of web accessibility standards such as WCAG or Section 508 a plus.
  • Experience with Hubspot or similar CRM tools preferred.
